Glaze For Days

Plain Glaze 

Ingredients

Powdered Sugar

Whole Milk 

50g

¼ cup

Vanilla Extract

- Mix all ingredients into a bowl

- Dip the donut directly into the glaze to coat

- Drizzle using a fork for a less sweet variety

*Yields approximately 1 cup of glaze



Matcha Glaze

Ingredients

Heavy Whipping Cream 

120g

½ cup

Vanilla Extract

1 tbsp

Matcha Powder

 10g 

 1 tbsp

 

- Sift matcha powder and powdered sugar together into a bowl

-Add heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract into a bowl and whisk together thoroughly

 -Dip the donut directly into the glaze to coat

- Drizzle using a fork for a less sweet variety



Strawberries & Cream Glaze

Heavy Whipping Cream 

60g

¼ cup

Vanilla Extract

1 tbsp

Fresh Strawberries

 10g

 2 strawberries

 

- Mash up strawberries with a fork until the strawberries are a smooth consistency

- Add powdered sugar, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla extract into a bowl and whisk together thoroughly

 -Dip the donut directly into the glaze to coat

- Drizzle using a fork for a less sweet variety



Haupia Glaze

Coconut Milk or Coconut Cream¼ cup
Powdered Sugar
1 cup
Salt
1 tsp


- Add powdered sugar, coconut milk or coconut cream, and salt into a bowl and whisk together thoroughly

 -Dip the donut directly into the glaze to coat

- Drizzle using a fork for a less sweet variety


Horchata Glaze
