Glaze For Days
Plain Glaze
Ingredients | Mass(g) | Volume |
Powdered Sugar | 400g | 2 cups |
Whole Milk | 50g | ¼ cup |
Vanilla Extract | 10g | 1 tbsp |
- Mix all ingredients into a bowl
- Dip the donut directly into the glaze to coat
- Drizzle using a fork for a less sweet variety

Matcha Glaze

Powdered Sugar | 400g | 2 cups |
Heavy Whipping Cream | 120g | ½ cup |
Vanilla Extract | 10g | 1 tbsp |
Matcha Powder | 10g | 1 tbsp |
- Sift matcha powder and powdered sugar together into a bowl
-Add heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract into a bowl and whisk together thoroughly
-Dip the donut directly into the glaze to coat
- Drizzle using a fork for a less sweet variety
Strawberries & Cream Glaze

Fresh Strawberries | 10g | 2 strawberries |
- Mash up strawberries with a fork until the strawberries are a smooth consistency
- Add powdered sugar, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla extract into a bowl and whisk together thoroughly

Salt | 1 tsp |
- Add powdered sugar, coconut milk or coconut cream, and salt into a bowl and whisk together thoroughly
